These terms apply to organizations ("Licensee") requesting or receiving sample packs, evaluation data, or licensed datasets from DarijaData ("we", "us").
Sample packs (typically 3–10 clips with manifest and documentation) are provided for evaluation purposes only. They may not be used for model training, fine-tuning, or any production purpose without an executed production license.
Production use requires a separate written license agreement specifying scope (commercial non-exclusive, research-only, or custom), volume, price, and permitted use cases. No production rights are granted by receipt of a sample pack alone.
All data is collected with documented, explicit contributor consent. Consent documentation is available to licensees upon request as part of production licensing due diligence.
Data is provided "as is." We do not warrant fitness for a particular model architecture or performance outcome.
Our liability under any agreement is limited to the fees paid for the specific dataset in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection provisions that may apply. Production license agreements may specify alternate governing law by mutual agreement.
